课题：KMS 案例介绍

今天的课题介绍了不少KMS 案例 ，有改造计划，方案计划等等。今天的讲课也讲解了KMS 对于设计，方案计划的一些原则和宗旨，也让我们了解如何与客户沟通让他们了解建筑师的设计用意。

2       最后 一次的 FIELD WORK

今天的FIELD WORK 感觉像穿梭时空，从未来的金钢世界回去了就上海滩的黄金时代。

第一站 : 金茂大厦

在观光桥上可以把这壮观的金钢世界尽情地行赏。This Viewing bridge not only connect all the buildings together, indeed it become a nodes to the place. Although the Shanghai Tower is the tallest building in Shanghai currrently, but the Oriental Pearl Tower still the famous landmark due to its historical value and extraordinary architecture.

第二站 : 外滩

From my point of view , 外滩 is like a bank street and it was the financial trade center point. The size and height of the colums represent the wealthy and value of the bank. The design of the bank architecture is so geometricity and sysmmetrically due to the financial system must be systematically. I would like to call it a golden city because when the sunset ray hit on the building, its reflect yellowish gold although the building material is grey concrete in colour.

Last but not least , today end well with visited Water House by Neri & Hu Architects. Water house design concept is being honest to the construction material. Somehow the  architect show respect of the nature of material and the originality of the building. Sincerity is the reason why I like Water house.

 

The chandelier played important role to this double volume space (lobby). It’s reflect the old and new language in one space.
